It is possible to use the Refinance Calculator multiple times within one MailMerge letter. This would allow you, for example, to print out different values based on different interest rates, or payment terms, etc..
It is easy to do as long as you keep this one rule in mind.
When ever you use the Refi-Calculator function
{REFI(FIRST_TD, TFR_DATE, nR, [nT,] [oR,] [oT])}
it changes the derived values (shown below) from that point on in your MailMerge letter until the Refi-Calculator function is used again!
Available derived values:
{OLD_RATE} - The estimated old interest rate.
{OLD_PMT} - The estimated old mortgage payment.
{NEW_PMT} - The new mortgage payment.
{NEW_PRIN} - The new principal amount.
{SAVINGS} - The difference between the old and new payments.

Note: Be sure to filter out records where the value for FIRST_TD is 0 (zero). This can cause the program to crash!
