- View the Farm, select "Global Replace" from
the Misc Menu(Press F5 to get the Misc Menu).
- Select "FLAG" as the field to replace.
- Type the following EXACTLY as shown under the "Enter
the value to replace 'FLAG' with:" (IIF(SUBSTR(TFR_DATE,1,2)=="nn",
.T. , .F.))
replace nn in the above expression with:
01 for Jan
02 for Feb
03 for Mar
... etc.
10 for Oct
11 for Nov
12 for Dec
for example for JULY use: (IIF(SUBSTR(TFR_DATE,1,2)=="07",
.T. , .F.))
- Respond with "Y" to the "Unable to
validate..." prompt.
- Respond with "Y" to the "is this
expression O.K." prompt.
