Replacing SITE_ADD with MAIL_ADD only when the SITE_ADD field is empty and vice versa.

Replacing SITE_ADD with MAIL_ADD only when the SITE_ADD field is empty.

  1. View the Farm, select "Global Replace" from the Misc Menu (Press F5 to get the Misc Menu).
  2. Select "SITE_ADD" as the field to replace.
  3. Type the following EXACTLY as shown under the "Enter the value to replace 'SITE_ADD' with: (IIF(EMPTY(SITE_ADD),MAIL_ADD,SITE_ADD))
  4. Respond with "Y" to the "Unable to validate..." and "is this expression O.K." prompts.

Replacing MAIL_ADD with SITE_ADD only when the MAIL_ADD field is empty.

  1. View the Farm, select "Global Replace" from the Misc Menu (Press F5 to get the Misc Menu).
  2. Select "MAIL_ADD" as the field to replace.
  3. Type the following EXACTLY as shown under the "Enter the value to replace 'MAIL_ADD' with: (IIF(EMPTY(MAIL_ADD),SITE_ADD,MAIL_ADD))
  4. Respond with "Y" to the "Unable to validate..." and "is this expression O.K." prompts.
