Instant Impact! requires that your computer's date settings are year 2000 compliant.
If you are experiencing date problems or are receiving warning messages about checking Regional Settings, please follow the steps below to resolve these issues.
To check your Regional Settings in Windows 98/95:
1. Close any programs you are currently running including Instant Impact!.
2. Click on the Windows START button and then select SETTINGS • CONTROL PANEL.
3. In the Control Panel window double click on the REGIONAL SETTINGS icon.
4. In the Regional Settings Properties box click on the DATE tab.
5. Locate the Short date style: field.
6. You must make sure the year is set to yyyy. For example: m/d/yyyy Click the drop down arrow to make your choice.
Note: Avoid having the following combinations in either short date format or long date format:
m/d/yy
mm/dd/yy
mm/dd/yyyy
7. Click Apply and then click OK. If no changes were needed simply click OK.
